The Master Craftsman Examination
The conditional master examination represents the entire crossing of the Grassengrat and the Bärenzähnen, the wide valley basin at the end of the Engelbergertal. After a hopefully restful night in the Grassenbiwak, we cross the Grassen to the first of the many following peaks of this pointed ridge chain to Chli Spannort.
Formerly a regularly repeated tour, nowadays it is rarely done. First part beautiful and rewarding, second part a bit fragile.
